Phantom is a quiet AI-implementation companion for professionals. Solo operators, small teams, anyone whose work is being reshaped by AI and who'd rather not figure it out alone. We don't build things for you. We sit alongside while you do the figuring — calmer, faster, clearer.
What we are
A companion, not a consultant. A guide, not a vendor. We've spent enough time at the front of the AI wave to know which patterns hold up and which ones look impressive on Twitter and crumble in practice. That experience is what we bring — calmly, alongside you, on the timeline of your actual work.
We don't have a methodology with a name. We don't have a deck. We don't run "workshops." The shape of the help is whatever the moment needs: a half-hour to unblock you, a written note that crystallises a decision, a working session over a screen-share. Light, present, useful.
We work in English and French, mostly with people across Switzerland and the broader EU/UK. The cadence is monthly; the commitment is month-to-month. There's no minimum term — staying or leaving is yours to choose, always.
What we believe
Clarity is the product. The AI tools are not the point — confidence is. Most professionals don't need more options; they need fewer ones, chosen well, in the right order. That's what we bring.
You do the work. That's the design, not a limitation. The companion model only works if you keep your hands on the wheel — and the upside is that what you learn stays with you long after we step back. We're not building a dependency.
Discretion matters. We don't publish client names or case studies that would let anyone identify who we work with. The work shows up in your work — never in our portfolio.
Not the right fit
If you want someone to do the work for you and hand back a finished thing — Phantom isn't a build-for-you shop and isn't trying to become one.
If you want a guru, a system, a step-by-step "do exactly this" playbook — we're much quieter than that, and probably much slower.
If you're already a confident AI builder looking for a peer-engineer to pair with — we sit upstream of that. There are better matches.
If you need a fixed-scope project with a clear endpoint and a final invoice — the ongoing rhythm here won't suit you, and that's fine.
