Your work, sharper.

AI is reshaping the way you work, and the pace is exhausting. Phantom sits next to you while you find your footing — at your pace, in your language, on the actual work.

A short intake, then a written read back within 48 hours.

Written read · excerpt

You're not behind. You're spread thin across three tools that almost talk to each other.

The fastest unlock isn't another model — it's collapsing the handoff between Notion and your inbox.

Try this for two weeks; we'll look at the friction together next month.

Who it's for

For professionals who want AI in their work, not a second career as an AI specialist.

You're already trying things. A few prompts here, a tool there, maybe a workflow that half works. The pieces are there, but you don't yet feel in command of them — and the cost of staying behind keeps creeping up.

Phantom sits alongside you while you figure it out. You keep doing your work; we bring the patterns, the second opinion, and the calm. What you learn stays with you.

Three shapes

Three ways we sit alongside.

Same posture, different cadence. We agree the shape together once we've talked.

The written read.

A short, plain-language read of where you are and what's worth doing next. Often the only thing someone needs.

Start with a read →

Monthly companionship.

A standing presence — a call when it helps, light async access in between, and the next move always picked together.

How it goes →

The intensive.

Six structured months when something bigger is in motion — a role change, a team-level rollout, a tool migration.

How it goes →

How it goes

An ongoing rhythm, not a project.

We don't deliver a thing and leave. We stay alongside you for as long as it's useful — a calm monthly rhythm, not a fixed engagement.

  1. 1

    We start by looking around.

First conversation. We get a feel for your work, where AI already sits in it, where the friction is, and what would actually make your week lighter.

  2. 2

    One thing at a time.

Out of everything you could try, we pick the one move with the best ratio of effort to relief. You do it; we walk through it with you.

  3. 3

    We try it for real.

Inside your actual work, on your actual tools. A message away when something feels off. Adjust, retry, keep what works.

  4. 4

    As long as it's useful.

Once one thing is humming, the next thing is easier to spot. We move at the pace your work allows — never the other way around.

  5. 5

    The door stays open.

There's no built-in end date and no renewal pressure. Stay as long as it's useful; step back when it isn't. The patterns we built together stay with you either way.

What moves

Measured by how you feel about your work — not how the AI looks.

The point isn't an impressive demo. It's that you know what you're doing, and why — and that the work moves faster where it should. If none of that shifts, we aren't useful.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

What does it cost?

We agree the shape together once we've talked. The cadence determines the cost — a one-off read is one number, a monthly companionship is another. We send the terms in writing before anything starts.

How often do we actually meet?

Whatever fits the month. Some months it's a call every fortnight; some months it's one call and a few messages. The cadence is yours to set, and we re-tune it whenever the work changes.

What if I want to stop?

One email is enough. There's no minimum term, no exit conversation, no follow-up. The work you've done stays with you; we don't keep anything on you that you didn't share willingly.

Who do you work with?

Solo operators, small teams, and people running a function inside a larger company. Mostly across Switzerland and the wider EU/UK. We work in English and French.

Why no name or face on the site?

The brand carries the work; the work doesn't need a face to be useful. Once a conversation starts, we're not anonymous — you'll know who you're emailing.

Begin

Start with a short conversation.

A few questions about your work and how AI already touches it. Within forty-eight hours you'll get a written read — no call, no follow-up, unless you ask for one.

We work with a small number of people at a time.
